For Online/Phone Sessions
eCounseling.com charges a small technology fee for counselors using our technology for email counseling, text-chat counseling, and phone counseling. These technology fees are per session and are NOT CHARGED but simply withheld from a client’s checkout cost.
Nominal amounts are:
- $15 per session for chat or phone counseling
- $10 per email exchange
How do counselors receive payment?
Counselors are paid directly by the clients via a secure Paypal service that is integrated into the eCounseling.com website. Signing up for Paypal is free and easy, we’ll guide you through it.
